What is the Hippy Art Scotland "send to a friend" service? 

If you would like to send a greetings card directly to a friend you can use our "send to a friend service." This is where we write your chosen message in your purchased greetings card and post it directly to your friend, loved one, or colleague. When you select your chosen greetings card you will see a box to enter the message you would like written in your card. At the payment point, enter the recipients address in the delivery section and choose the billing address as your own. Please allow for delivery time if you are sending the card for a special date. 

What makes the Hippy Art Scotland greetings cards eco-friendly? 

The cards and the envelopes are made from 100% recycled paper and are produced in the U.K. The clear display bags are made from vegetable starches so they are biodegradable. 

How much is postage and packaging and how long should I allow for delivery?

Greetings cards - U.K  first class £1.70. EU Standard £3.50. 

Greetings card gift bags - U.K first class £3.50.  EUStandard  £4.00. 

Small Artwork - UK Tracked 24 £4.50.  EU Tracked and signed £10.20

Medium and Large Artwork - U.K Tracked 24 £4.50. EU Tracked and signed £10.20

Allow up to 4 days for U.K delivery and 10 days international. Posted same day if order is received before 3pm. Delivery times exclude Sundays and bank holidays. 

What is your returns policy?

If you have a problem with anything you have purchased please get in touch by email at hippyartscotland@gmail.com or fill in the contact form as we are here to help.

Returns - There are 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item unused and in the same condition you received it. Please provide proof of purchase. Once the item is received and inspected you will be informed of the refund status by email. Any refund will be to the original payment method. Cards bought through the "send to a friend" service are excluded from this returns policy unless faulty. Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
