What is the Hippy Art Scotland "send to a friend" service? 

If you would like to send a greetings card directly to a friend you can use our "send to a friend service." This is where we write your chosen message in your purchased greetings card and post it directly to your friend, loved one, or colleague. When you select your chosen greetings card you will see a box to enter the message you would like written in your card. At the payment point, enter the recipients address in the delivery section and choose the billing address as your own. Please allow for delivery time if you are sending the card for a special date. This service is for positive messages only and we have the right to cancel any orders by email if it is not. Please see our terms and conditions or get in touch with any questsions. 

What makes the Hippy Art Scotland greetings card eco-friendly? 

The cards and the envelopes are made from 100% recycled paper and are produced in the U.K. The clear display bags are made from vegetable starches so they are biodegradable. Where as plastic never breaks down. Any ribbon we use is made from recycled plastic and the glitter is biodegradable. Our branding sticker on the back of the cards is biodegradable too. 

How much is postage and packaging and how long should I allow for delivery?

All our deliveries are sent by U.K Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery. Royal Mail state this delivery should take 2-3 working days and they deliver on a Saturday too. Tracking information will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Greetings card gift bags - UK Tracked 48 - £2.80

Small sized artwork - UK Tracked 48  - £4.05.  

Medium and Large sized artwork - U.K Tracked 48  - £6.55.

Your order is posted same day if order is received before 2pm. Delivery times exclude Sundays and bank holidays. We only ship to the U.K at the moment. Please allow plenty of time for delivery. 

What is your returns policy?

If you have a problem with anything you have purchased please get in touch by email at hippyartscotland@gmail.com or fill in the contact form as we are here to help.

Returns - There are 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item unused and in the same condition you received it. Please provide proof of purchase. Once the item is received and inspected you will be informed of the refund status by email. Any refund will be to the original payment method. Cards bought through the "send to a friend" service are excluded from this returns policy unless faulty. Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
